These terms govern your use of GroupKith. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use GroupKith.
The service
GroupKith is a private community application for small groups. It allows users to send messages, share prayer requests, plan events, and otherwise communicate within communities they belong to.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use GroupKith to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or target individuals or groups.
- Post content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence.
- Send spam, run unauthorized automated activity, or attempt to compromise our systems.
- Misrepresent who you are or impersonate someone else.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant GroupKith a limited license to host, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate the service — for example, delivering a message to other members of your community.
You are responsible for the content you post. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.
Community ownership and roles
Communities have one or more owners with administrative control, including the ability to invite or remove members, configure features, and export community data. Members of a community can see and participate in conversations, prayer requests, and events within that community.
Service availability
We work hard to keep GroupKith available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Termination
You may stop using GroupKith and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
GroupKith is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupKith and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or by email before the changes take effect.
